Risk Manager

**Our client is a well-known manufacturing and trading of metal products which also involved in the national growth sector in construction, oil & gas and infrastructure projects is looking for a Risk Manager to be based in Shah Alam, Selangor.**Key Responsibilities:- Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for ongoing and potential property development projects, considering factors such as market trends, financial risks, regulatory compliance, and external factors.- Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans to minimize the impact of identified risks. Work closely with project teams to ensure risk reduction measures are effectively executed.- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to property development and risk management in Malaysia.- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate risk findings and recommendations to senior management, project stakeholders, and relevant teams, providing insights for informed decision-making.- Risk Monitoring: Establish monitoring mechanisms to track and report on the progress of risk mitigation efforts. Continuously update risk assessments to reflect changing project dynamics.- Insurance Management: Oversee the company's insurance policies and claims, ensuring appropriate coverage and timely resolution of claims.- Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis management and business continuity plans to address unforeseen events that may impact project timelines and operations.- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of risk professionals, fostering a culture of risk awareness and accountability.**Requirements**:1. Must have at least 3 to 5 years' experience in risk management.2. Must be a degree holder.3. Willing to work in Shah Alam**Salary**: RM6,000 to RM8,000 & Benefits: 5-day week, company trip, allowances, medical, etc.**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Risk Management: 3 years (required)
