DescriptionPrimary Objective:Acquire new to Premier (NTP) customer to achieve sales/revenue/AUM targets assigned by the Bank and contribute towards the overall Premier Banking targetsTo promote and professionally sell a range of wealth, investment and banca products to existing and potential customersPrepare and provide sound advisory on wealth and financial planningMaintain regular contacts and enhance banking relationship with customers for higher share of customers' walletParticipate in branch/region/Bank sales activities and campaigns to achieve deliverablesKey Responsibilities:Sales Planning & ActivitiesPrepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers from Bank's leads (LMS) and self-generated leadsActively participate and collaborate with other sales personnel at PBC/branch/region on sales activities/campaigns for customer acquisition and retentionPrepare and provide investment & wealth financial advisory and assistance to customers for their investment/wealth portfolio managementPeriodic review of customers' investment portfolio and increase AUMPlan and identify cross selling/up selling to increase customers' PHR and revenueSet appointments, sales visitations, prospecting and engagement with customersSales ManagementMaintain regular contact with existing customers to foster closer relationship and for referralsWork closely with Centre Manager, Branch Manager and Regional Sales Heads on sales activities, promotion and campaignsPrepare and monitor sales performance and competitors analysis to ManagementCompliance to Bank's policy, procedures and observe sales code of ethicsRequirementsRequirements: Bachelor Degree - . - Certified Financial Planner (CFP) - non mandatoryMinimum 2 years of sale experience preferably in wealth and banca products with FIsPleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skillsPossess relevant licenses required for the portfolioSales and results orientedGood interpersonal and relationship building skillBenefitsDental, Education support, Miscellaneous allowance, Medical, Loans, Sports (e.g. Gym), Parking, Vision, Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays, Casual Business Wear, Performance Based Rewards
