Safety And Health Officer

Job Responsibilities:- Responsible to liaise with government departments and local authorities, pertaining to hygiene, safety and health issues at the workplace.- Responsible to develop and ensure the implementation of safety and health management plans at the workplace.- Responsible to conduct safety and health training to all new hired local and foreign employees.- Conduct on-site and CIDB trainings to existing employees.- Responsible to conduct relevant specialized trainings, emergency drills and safety inspections.- Responsible to archive, maintain and provide documents related to safety and health.- Organize and participate in meetings, inspections and audits in compliance to the requirements and policies.- Responsible to handle accident and provide the incident report.- Responsible to manage local safety officer.- Complete any tasks assigned by the departmental manager.Job Requirements:- Possess a locally registered safety management certificate.- Good communication, coordination, organization and management skills.- Able to promote and supervise on-site personnel to eliminate workplace safety hazards.- Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.- Willing to work in the state of Terengganu.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM5,999.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Require to wear mask during working time.Ability to commute/relocate:- Kota Bharu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
