Sale Support (Ipoh)

Daily update of all stock details and car movement into given files.- Responsible in handling incoming car keys and documents with no mistakes.- Responsible in managing stock check reports with no mistakes- Provide administration support to Sales Team.- Responsible in preparing sales invoices & full documents to submit to banks for disbursements.- To assist in chasing bankers for disbursements.- To assist on all Insurances & GMR documentations.- Carry any other ad-hoc admin duties and operational support as and when required or assigned byManager/Supervisor.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
