·Process Orders via WhatsApp, Call, and E-mail
·Follow Up Customer Order
·Efficiently report to superior on task given
·Liase with delivery team to ensure timely deliveries
·Prepare monthly sales report
·Sorting and filing
·Photocopying and collating
·Record keeping
·Minor bookkeeping
Requirements:
·Well Organized and able to multi-task
·Able to speak 3 languages: Mandarin, Malay, English
·Minimum Education: PMR/PT3/SPM/Diploma/Higher Education
·Basic skills on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
·Knowledge in SQL Accounting usage will be an added bonus
