Sales Admin Executive - Beauty Industry

To perform duty on sales invoicing matters, communicate with customer and related duties as assigned.-To handle inbound customer inquiries via call, email, and other communication channel-Prepare Invoice and organize or maintain records of account receivables.-Compiling data from invoices for accounting purposes.-Key-in sales data by electronically using a computer system.-Assist in account reconciliation.-Assist to preparing reports on accounts receivable balances, collections activity, and customer payment history.-Communicate with customer and sales team on order related matters.-Perform any other related tasks as and when required. -High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.-Proven experience in a similar sales support or administrative role.-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.-Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.-Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Fresh graduates also are encouraged to apply. ONLY MALAYSIAN WORKING HOUR : MON - FRI : 10-7PM SATURDAY : 10AM -3.30PM
