Company Overview: Founded in London in 2013, British Publishing House now operates 7 branches across Europe and has expanded into Asia with operations in Malaysia and Singapore. We're now excited to introduce our first encyclopedia for Indonesia in 2025.
Position Overview: Join our team as a Telemarketer and embark on an exciting journey connecting with influential personalities. In this role, you will research successful individuals in Indonesia and invite them to interview sessions with our dedicated editors to share their inspiring life stories. Your main responsibilities include researching personalities and extending interview invitations.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research to find prospective personality candidates based on the criteria and requirements set by British Publishing House.
- Approach prospective personalities through multi-channel communication platforms (via outbound calls, emails, chat, and social media).
- Schedule interview appointments (in-person or via video call) with personalities for our dedicated editors in the the CRM system.
- Utilize CRM software to update personality's contact details and maintain interaction records between personalities, telemarketing, and editors in the system.
- Actively seek new opportunities for interview invitations through networking and social media.
- Collaborate closely with editors to achieve monthly sales and appointment targets.
Qualifications: - SPM/O-Level, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, marketing, or sales support.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust - with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude and sunny disposition.
- Experience working towards time-based targets.
