**Sales Admin Vacancy**- We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Admin at Soon Seng Truck & Parts Sdn Bhd, a reputable truck dealership.- As a Sales Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.**Responsibilities**:- Issue invoice, and other related documents.- Schedule vehicle deliveries and pickups.- Update customer records in the database.- Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.- Liaise with internal operations for proper client engagement set up in system.- Assist with client proposal & relevant documents preparation.- Update leaves, OT and other documents related HR to HQ.**Requirements**:- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or dealership environment.- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data.- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, Excel & Auto Count.- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.**Working Hours**:- Mon-Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)- Sat (8.30am - 1.00pm)
