About the role
As a Sales Advisor at EKO KEN MOTORCYCLE SDN BHD, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales growth in the Beaufort, Sabah region. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting the company's products and services, and achieving sales targets.
What you'll be doing Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable motorcycle models and accessoriesDemonstrate and explain the features and benefits of the company's products to customersProcess sales transactions and handle customer inquiries efficientlyMaintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activitiesCollaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute sales campaigns and eventsAchieve and exceed individual and team sales targetsProvide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to the management teamWhat we're looking for Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customersStrong problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and objectionsProficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using sales-related softwareAge between 20 - 35Able to attend training at Kota Kinabalu (HQ)A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong drive to achieve sales targetsWhat we offer Basic salary, commissions, and bonusesComprehensive training and development opportunities to enhance your sales skillsA supportive and collaborative team environment that fosters personal and professional growth About us
