Sales And Marketing Executive

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Maintain and develop good relationship with new and existing customers.- Identify and research potential clients for NRSB Group of companies.- Assist in planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.- Develop and maintain client relationships.- Assist in developing goals for the NRSB group sales team and business growth and ensuring there are met.- Liaise with operation teams to ensure sales contracts are executes as agreed.- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.- Track and repost on the status of proposal components to CEO.- Conduct ongoing market research.- Work with the other relevant department to create rate or proposals.- Drive the end to end sales process.- Participate in deal construction and negotiations to expand the Group beyong current footprint in terms of category, consumer base and/or territory.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor of degree in business, marketing or related field.- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint.- Strong communication skills.- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.- **EXPERIENCE IN QUARRY OR PROJECT SECTOR WILL BE ADDED ADVANTAGE.****Job Type**: ContractPay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
