Sales And Marketing Manager

Job Description:- Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.- Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.- Represent Hotels in various events and exhibition.- Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.- Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to Hotels by corporate clients.- Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long terms business relationships.- Provide the highest quality of service to the customers at all times.- Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.- Accompany sales team on sales calls to potential clients to assist in development of the account and access the effectiveness and sales skills of the sales person.- Attending all department and hotel meetings as necessary.- Build and strengthens relationship with existing and new customers to enable future bookings, activities include sales calls, entertainment, trade shows and etc.- Generating new ideas for customer incentives accommodations or business packages and other sales and marketing duties.- Supervising the Sales and Marketing Department staff.**Requirements**:- Proven success in a similar role and environment.- Polished personal presentation with warm, confident and hospitable personality.- 4 to 5 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.- work well with people.- Be an excellent negotiator.- Have exceptional communication skills.- Think creatively to come up with exciting new campaigns.- Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: From RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company car- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Fixed shift- Monday to Friday- On call**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales Marketing: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
