Responsibilities:
Acquire thorough knowledge of the products that need to be marketed, such as hotel room types, banquet facilities, in-house facilities, and available services.
Prepare quotations for customers and ensure follow-up to secure them.
Participate in sales trips to promote and solicit business for the hotel.
Maintain excellent business relationships with existing clients and procure new business for the hotel.
Develop good public relations between the hotel and the community to obtain maximum media coverage of activities within the hotel that are of local and international interest.
