Responsibility

Greeting customers warmly.Identify customer needs.Demonstrate strong product knowledge and customer inquires.Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.Present product features, benefits and pricing clearly and persuasively.Upsell and cross-sell relevant product to maximize sales.Assist customer with product comparisons and purchasing decisions.Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions and industry trends.Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.Assist with stocking shelves and arranging stocks displays.Handle returns and exchanges professionally.Collaborate effectively with colleagues.Communicate customer feedback and suggestion to management.Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.Process online orders by customers.Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and others social media.Basic computer skills such as a Microsoft Office, POS system and company system.
