As a Business Development Executive (Business Consultant) at LuluChat, you'll play a key role in driving our company's revenue growth. You'll be responsible for identifying potential customers, pitching our SaaS platform, and closing deals with SME business owners.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Growth: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging your understanding of our product range and market.
Understand Client Needs: Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their concerns and needs, and strategically propose appropriate solutions.
Identify Opportunities: Scout for potential prospects and sales leads to expand our client database and create new business opportunities.
Achieve Sales Targets: Focus on meeting and exceeding individual sales targets to directly contribute to the company's revenue.
Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for customers by coordinating with various departments and developing client-focused solutions.

; Requirements:- At least 1 - 2 years' experience in a sales support or sales role.
Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia language.

-Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and use cases.
Sales Target Achievement:


-Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.


-Track sales metrics and provide regular updates on progress towards targets.


-Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
Sales Process Management:


-Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.


-Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales.
