Sales Coordinator/Executive Assistant

-To assist the sales person to arrange, handle and coordinate sales activities.-Ability to prepare quotations for clients and ensure that the quoted items conform to specified requirements.-Follow up on quotations and sales lead.-Prepare Sales Order, Delivery Order, Invoice and customers' delivery coordination.-Handling customers' complaint and problems.-Maintaining good customer relationship, able to respond efficiently to customers' enquiries.-Assist sales department in maintaining current customers and developing new customers-Assist in preparing departmental report and record and filing.-Assist to do and maintain the regular customer document-Handle any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.  -Candidates must possess at least a SPM/ "O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/A-Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.-Fresh graduates will be considered.-Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.-Strong verbal and communication skills.-Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.-Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.-Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Office.
