Sales Coordinator

-Coordinate sales activities by managing schedules, processing orders, and ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and internal teams.- Communicate regularly with the China-based team to align on order updates, product availability, and delivery timelines.- Prepare and manage sales documents, including invoices, sales contracts, and purchase orders.- Track and report on sales metrics, including orders, inventory levels, and delivery timelines, and provide accurate reports for the sales team.- Support lead follow-up and customer inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining strong client relationships.- Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and assist the sales team in meeting targets.- Organize and participate in sales events, meetings, and conferences as needed to support sales team efforts.- Stay informed about product information, industry trends, and company offerings to communicate effectively with clients. - Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally in a sales or customer service environment.- Fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is required to facilitate communication with the China team.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
