Sales Coordinator

The candidate will be working directly under Sales Director:



-Assisting and maintaining the preparation of sales presentations and materials including quotations, paperworks, slides and brochures in ensuring accuracy and completeness of sales paperwork and records.


-Coordinating meetings for Sales Director.


-Prompt response to customers feedback email and handle customer enquiries and complaints.


-Organising and managing project documents such as IPC, purchase orders and invoices.


-Develops and maintains knowledge of commonly sold products, customers and administrative processes.


-Maintaining the sales database.


-Order management (Order processing, system maintenance, forecast, re-schedule, cancellation, delivery confirmation and etc).


-Maintain proper filing system.

; Requirements:-


-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.


-Required skill(s): computer literature, MS Word and Excel, good communication skill, excellent written and verbal communication.


-Applicants must be willing to work in office. No travel needed.


-Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.


-Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
