Business Development

-Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking and research.


-Excellent in follow-ups, strong in communicating with clients and demonstrate continuous effort in regularly keeping in touch with clients.

Client Relationships Management


-Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.


-Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions.


-Regularly update new products, services, and industry trends.

Sales Strategy and Planning


-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.


-Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.


-Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
Negotiation and Closing


-Negotiate terms and close deals with clients to secure projects.


-Collaborate with the creative, operation, and technical teams to ensure successful event execution.
Reporting and Analysis


-Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to the management team.


-Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.


-Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Collaboration and Teamwork


-Work closely with creative, operation, and technical teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

-3-5 years' experience working in Sales and Client Servicing or related; event agency experience a plus.


-Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.


-Go getter, driven by numbers and unafraid to connect with people.


-Outstanding follow-up skills.


-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with great command in spoken and written English.


-Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.


-Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and creative usage of Microsoft PowerPoint for visual proposals is an added advantage.


-Able to work under pressure and capable of managing multiple prospects and clients simultaneously.


-Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.


-A keen nose for events ideas, conceptualization and production for events, conferences, incentives and team building.


-Passionate for a flawless event.
