JobDescriptions: Responsiblefor driving the fertiliser sales operations, develop new businessesand maintain foster customer relationshipmanagement.Keyduties include developing and implementing sales strategies,managing the sales team, setting sales goals, and ensuring highlevels of customersatisfaction.Towork closely with the marketing team to create promotionalcampaigns, analyse sales performance, and provide training andsupport to sales staffs.Gatherfeedback from customers or prospect and turn into the effectivesales and business.Presentresearch findings and strategic recommendations to seniormanagement.Stayupdated of competitive market, advertising and marketing byreaching potential customers using conventional marketing methodsand the trending social media digital marketingtools.Followup payment closely.Toperform other tasks as assigned by Superior from time totime. Requirements: Candidatemust possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma or equivalent inany disciplines.Preferablyat least 3 year(s) of working experience inSales Extrovert,positive and possess good communication skills with alllevels.Proactive,resourceful and able to handle customertactfully.Goodcommunication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia &English. Ableto communicate in Mandarin would be addedadvantage.
