Sales Engineer

- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.


- Experience: At Least 2-3 years of work experience in sales and project management in the industrial Electrical / Engineering / Constuction / Hardware / Security / Raw Meterials / Semiconductor / Instruments and Meters / Automotive Parts , and related fields. Preference will be given to candidates with certain customer and industry resources.


- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. You'll need to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly benefits.


- CRM Savvy: Experience using CRM tools to track your sales activities and pipeline is a plus.


- Customer Focus: A passion for understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.


- Innovation-Driven: A quick thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves solving complex challenges.
