Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
To support sales team to along the process. From quotation and order preparation as well as sending invoice and follow up proof of delivery with customers. Accompany the sales person during sales meeting as support. Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors. Maintaining sales data; Assist in maintaining sales data, such as customer information, sales reports, sales expenses. Update customer records in the company database as required.  Well manage relevant documentations. Perform any other related ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management. Job Requirements:
At least 5 years working experience in related field. Minimum Diploma in Business. Meticulous, responsible and positive work attitude. Mature and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion.
