Sales Engineer Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities : - Be proactive to liaise and build relationship with customer to maintain a long-term service relationship, ensure customer satisfaction at high level.
- To understand needs and offer solution to customer within a standard framework or range on pricing and margin.
- Develop sales lead and identify customer requirements.
- Prepare and issue tenders and proposals to customer.
- Conduct cold calls and new business development.
- Monitor and collect competitor's activities in market and report periodically directed by company.
- Plan annual secured order strategy aligned with department goal and achieve business sales target with year-over-year growth expectation.
- Lead negotiation and/or bidding activity at optimum profit levels to the company.
- Close orders to achieve the goals and target assigned and also responsible for payment collection.
- Provide monthly reporting on assigned sales activity and revenue attainment as well as non-financial reporting to management team.
Professional and Education Requirements: 
- Bachelor's degree in Material Science and Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience and above in sales/marketing position in direct selling semiconductor products.
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry.
- Excellent communication, self-motivated, hardworking and positive, hunter personality.
- Strong interpersonal skill, presentation and selling skills.
- Good spoken and written in English.
