Sales Executive

Full time
To source and attend to customers' enquiries and assist them in relation to any pre & post-sales matters.
To coordinate the smooth completion of sales process and collection of payments.
To assist customers in obtaining financial assistance.
To develop and maintain a strong network collaboration between bankers, lawyers, and customers.
To assist in managing and upkeep of Sales Gallery and Site Show Units.
Any other relevant task commensurate with the level of the role and as requested by your line of Managers or Directors.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.
Sales experience in the property development industry will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented; desire to deliver results.
Excellent presentation skills and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
