Sales Executive

Job Descriptions: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, increasing our corporate leads, and driving sales traffic to our company. You will give product demonstrations, familiarize clients with our offerings, and ensure a smooth sales process from order taking to issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound via emails.To conduct product demonstrations and provide information on our products or services.Assist the process of customer orders and follow up to resolve any issues promptly.Conduct surveys to assess customer requirements and satisfaction.Collaborate with management to prepare budgets and monitor expenses.Be willing to learn and expand the markets outside Malaysia.Remain flexible and ready to take on ad-hoc tasks as they arise.Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.Proficiency in English, Malay, is a must, Mandarin (added advantage)Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Adept at handling stressful situations and meeting tight deadlines.A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
