Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers, building a pipeline of leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
- Customer Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospects, introduce them to our SaaS offerings, and schedule demos with potential clients.
- Sales Presentations: Assist in preparing and delivering product presentations and demos to prospects, showcasing the value and features of our SaaS solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, guiding them through the sales process, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with Solution and Project Team: Work closely with solution and project team to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to project closure. 
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and ensure follow-ups with prospects.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or any technical a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in B2B and SME focus), or fresh graduate with a strong desire to learn and grow in the software sales industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally and confidently.
- Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and processes, with a willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment. 
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with technology solutions is a plus. 
- Self-Motivated: Driven and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
