About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive ready to contribute to our expanding sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with plenty of room for growth and learning.


Key Responsibilities



-Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers, building a robust pipeline through methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media engagement, and professional networking.


-Customer Outreach: Initiate and maintain contact with prospects via outbound calls and emails. Introduce them to our SaaS solutions and schedule product demonstrations tailored to their needs.


-Sales Presentations: Collaborate in preparing and delivering compelling product presentations and demos to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions effectively.


-Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, guiding them through the sales process while addressing questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining trust.


-Collaboration: Partner with the solution and project teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospect engagement to project initiation and closure.


-Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.


-CRM Utilization: Leverage CRM tools to meticulously track sales activities, manage leads, and ensure timely follow-ups, maintaining a structured sales workflow.


-Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance benchmarks, contributing to the team's overall success.

Qualifications and Skills



-Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related technical field.


-Experience:



-1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or SME-focused environments.


-Fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn and excel in software sales are encouraged to apply.



-Communication Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging clients confidently and professionally.


-Sales Knowledge: Basic understanding of sales principles, with the willingness to develop and adapt in a fast-paced industry.


-Technology Awareness: Familiarity with technology solutions is an advantage but not mandatory.


-Self-Driven: Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and passionate about achieving sales targets.


-Team Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with colleagues to meet shared objectives.


-Eligibility: Open to Malaysian citizens and Malaysia PR holders only.
