Sales Executive & Sales Personnel

- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing campaigns.-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.-Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for management review.-Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales processes and customer satisfaction.-Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.-Prepare and manage sales documents, inventory tracking and filing.-Attend to walk in customer and handle pos payment. - Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.-Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.-Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.-Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.-Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.-Positive attitude and a team player.-Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.Work hours: 9.00AM - 6.00PM | 5 days per week  Benefits:-EPF and SOCSO provided-Miscellaneous Allowance-Annual Increment-Annual Leave and Medical Leave-Maternity Leave and Paternity Leave-Yearly Bonus-Petrol and Car Allowances-Phone Reimbursement-Better Career advancement and promotion-Others
