Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and prospecting. Conduct sales presentations, showcasing product benefits and addressing customer needs. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with new and existing clients. Regularly reach out to old customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company-wide sales objectives. Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on achievements and forecasts. Requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin. Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales goals. Self motivated and self discipline.
