Sales Head

- Ensure that all targets set by headquarters are met by all personnel in charge and successfully achieved.- Oversee staff development and training.- Align operations and directions with headquarters as needed.- Attain company-set sales objectives.- Supervise and coach a sales advisor team consisting of 10 individuals.- Monitor follow-up activities with sales advisors and potential buyers.- Develop and carry out monthly marketing campaigns.- Supervise the daily operations of the showroom.- Compile monthly sales reports for management review. - At least 2 years of experience preferred- Knowledge of the Automotive Industry is beneficial- Ability to communicate effectively in English/Bahasa, with proficiency in Mandarin considered a plus- Skilled in using computers and digital tools- Proficient in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and InstagramFresh Graduates in Marketing / Business Admin or IT related background are welcome to apply
