**Key Responsibilities**:- Maintain and grow current customer relationships.- Explore and develop new customer potentials.- Provide basic technical support to customers.- Provide feedback and assist in developing and executing market strategies with management.- Work independently with minimum supervision from management.- Develop new business opportunities and sales leads for revenue growth and customer retention (local and overseas).- Understand and identify customer's product needs.- Achieve sales targets set by management and stay aware of market trends and industry information.- Collaborate with subcontractors, follow up on customer's order requirements, and handle quality issues.- Lead RFQ processes and determine component costing.- Calculate the base manufacturing cost for all new projects.- Promote the company's background during the sales process.- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and ability to multitask effectively.- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, handle human issues, and manage other tasks.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in Precision Engineering related products such as automotive, automation, and solar.- Proven sales and customer care track record.- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong technical knowledge in mechanical parts fabrication processes.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.- Possess own transport and willing to travel to meet customers and business functionalities.- Highly motivated to close sales and build a strong book of business.- Eager to take on responsibilities and grow in a fast-moving company.**Join us at JET Tools & Engineering Sdn Bhd, where we aim to be a one-stop solution in the engineering field, specializing in fabrication, trading, and assembly.
