Spotware Systems is looking for a Sales Manager, based in Malaysia. The Sales Manager will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads for new and existing accounts while working remotely for our office. The results-driven individual will oversee all sales activities and achieve sales targets. He/she will be responsible for expanding the clientele list in the Asia region, hiring and managing a team of Business Development Managers, and promoting cTrader products across the region. Responsibilities : Recruit and oversee a team of Business Development Managers. Set clear sales goals and KPIs for the team. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company objectives. Nurture and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Collaborate with the team to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. Requirements : Based in Malaysia, with the ability to work remotely. Fluency in both English and Malay languages. Experience in the Financial Industry: B2B or Fintech Providers. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus. Conditions : Competitive remuneration.
