Bhd.- Ensure that monthly and quarterly targets are met and adequate Sales Funnel Management is maintained.- Responsible for the Profit and Loss of the Branch.- Ensure the company objectives and policies are achieved and adhered to in all aspects of the business.- Control sales processes, policies, systems and procedures to ensure adequate sales figures. - Motivate, lead and manage team of Sales Consultants by leading by example.- Manage the overall operations of the branch and undertaking ad-hoc assignments from the higher authority from time to time.
