Job purpose
The Sales Manager develops strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. This role also answers client queries and identifies new business opportunities and should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long run.Duties and responsibilitiesCreate brand awareness through online and offline marketing
Visit key retailers to develop relationships and increase sales
Create/ execute sales and promotional activities through online and offline retailers
Part of the function is order taking and doing in-store merchandising work as and when necessary.
Achieve forecasted sales results with a focus on the management of the sales pipeline and opportunities
Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to effectively exceed sales requirements
Reach out for new market opportunities
Bring onboard new customers
Oversee logistics team to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full
Able to handle weekend events occasionallyRequired Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years in sales
Able to build and develop a strong relationship with customers
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Mandarin communication
FMCG experience is preferred
Self-motivated and driven
Excellent analytical and problem-structuring / problem-solving skills
