What you will do: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with customers. Builds relationship with customers, which may be end users, to understand needs and offers solution within a standard framework or range on pricing and margin.
How you will do it: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, starting with a primary focus on building security systems solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Data Center industry, understanding their security needs and tailoring solutions accordingly. Collaborate closely with the multifunctional team to identify and qualify opportunities, and to close the sales. Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products and solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients. Act as a liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Prepare detailed reports, including sales forecasts, project status updates, and market intelligence. What we look for: Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields. Minimum 5 years working experience with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Specialization in building security systems and a deep understanding of related technologies. Self-motivated, hardworking and positive, hunter personality. Strong interpersonal, presentation and selling skills. Good spoken and written in English.
