Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a versatile sales professional capable of performing both "farmer" and "hunter" roles. This individual will have a background in enterprise IT solution sales and will be responsible for supporting revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the development of existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
-Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the telco enterprise sector under the guidance of senior sales managers.
-Contribute to maintaining a robust sales pipeline through strategic planning and market analysis.
Client Acquisition and Development:
-Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients to understand their business needs.
-Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with tailored solutions to address their specific challenges.
Account Management:
-Support the management of a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
-Conduct regular account reviews to identify additional sales opportunities and ensure the delivery of value-added services.
-Assist in negotiating and closing deals, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnership.
Market and Industry Analysis:
-Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in the telco sector.
