About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at ZH Coffee Enterprise in Tanjung Malim, Perak. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to grow our coffee business.
What you'll be doing Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our coffee productsManage and maintain relationships with existing customers, as well as identify and secure new business opportunitiesConduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and use this insight to inform product development and marketing campaignsOrganise and participate in trade shows, events, and other promotional activities to raise brand awareness and generate leadsCollaborate with the broader marketing team to create engaging content, such as social media posts, brochures, and advertising materialsMonitor and analyse sales and marketing performance data to identify areas for improvementProvide regular reports and recommendations to the management teamWhat we're looking for Proven experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably within the marketing communications or FMCG industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisionsCreativity and innovative thinking to develop and execute successful marketing campaignsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with social media platformsA degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferredWhat we offer
