Sales & Marketing Manager

-To manage sales and marketing team.-To drive the sales team in meeting KPIs and tracking of their sales activities.-To manage and lead on product and market development projects.-To prepare and carry out technical presentation/explanation on products and services to high profile customer/suppliers.-To work closely with the business owners/stakeholder to define product strategy, roadmap and vision for your product area.-To identify all the root causes for any sales or marketing issues and address it accordingly.-Distribution of leads to sales associates/team leaders evenly.-To identify opportunities, research them and develop innovative and impactful features and products for eBuild's consumers and partners alike.-To influence key stakeholders to align resources and prioritization.-To oversee and develop marketing strategies for local market.-To work with marketing to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams-To perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required. -Possess Degree in Marketing or related field-At least 2-3 years experience in the related field or tech industry.-Self motivated, independent and reliable team member.-Willing to work in Puchong.-Ability to start immediately is an added advantage.
