Sales & Marketing Planner

Responsible to arrange production planning and shipment based on production capacity and customer's requirement.- Liaise with Factory Manager or production team if there is any changes on the production or planning.- Liaise with shipping planner regarding vessel and container booking.- Managing the inventory flow to ensure the shipment schedule achieve accordingly and avoid warehouse congestion.- Provide loading plan or update shipment plan to Warehouse Department.- Monitor closely with Production, Packing and Quality Department regarding quality of gloves to avoid delay of shipment or customer complaint.- Ensure the packing material is sufficient and fulfill the customer requirement and specification.- Maximize the usage of packing material.- Prepare reports (Monthly Production Ratio Report, Shipment Projection Report and etc) which required by superior.- Responsible to issue Product Specification Establishment Form and Special Packing Instruction Form.- Liaise with customer directly regarding the status of their order.**Job Requirement**- Able to work independently, creatively and pro-actively.- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers.- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parking- Health insurance- Meal allowanceSchedule:- Flexible hours- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
