Sales Specialist (Penang)

**Qualifications and Experience**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or its equivalent.- At least 2 - 3 years of related work experience in sales/marketing would be beneficial.- Passion for sales. Proven track record of success in sales/marketing would be an advantage.- Good at networking. Aggressive and enterprising.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Media-savvy.- Language proficiency (English, Bahasa Malaysia and other languages)- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint.- Willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas.**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for driving sales.- Able to design and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies.- Must be able to engage effectively with existing customers and enhance customer retention and be pro-active in lead acquisition. Excellent negotiation skills.- Responsible for writing sales reports including keeping accurate records of sales data.- Good team player.- Should have a valid driving license as this job requires frequent travelling within the state/country.
