Sales Support & Admin Assistant / Officer

Verify and endorse purchase orders and process sales orders.
Issue Delivery Order & Sales Orders.
Support day-to-day operations of the Sales & Admin Department.
Administration duties such as general filing, logistics documentation & shipments arrangement with local & overseas forwarders.
Knowledge of import and export cargo handling and customs clearance.
Perform other related duties as required from time to time.
Requirements:Candidates must possess at least SPM or Diploma or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years' experience in administration and sales coordination.
Knowledge & experience in ERP system, logistics documentation & shipments arrangement with local & overseas forwarders is an added advantage.
Strategic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, creative and be a team player.
Good interpersonal skills and meticulous.
Good attention to details and organizing skills.
Proficient in verbal and written English and Mandarin Cantonese to be able to process sales orders and interact with customers effectively.
