About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to join our team. You will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service and meets our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
-Support the Sales Team: Assist in managing and resolving sales inquiries and customer issues promptly, ensuring a seamless sales process.
-Proposal Submissions: Prepare and submit detailed proposals (RFPs) to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
-Quotation Follow-Up: Actively track and follow up on sales quotations to drive successful deal closures.
-Global Sales Management: Monitor and manage global sales efforts, initiatives, and performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
-Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including Commercial, Finance, and Provisioning, to support sales operations and ensure smooth handovers.
-Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks related to the Sales Team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing communications.
-Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and meeting outcomes to keep the team informed and aligned.
