Sarplier Company is seeking a dedicated Sales Support/Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Kuching, Sarawak. This full-time position is an integral part of our sales operations, providing essential administrative and coordination support to our sales team.
What you'll be doing Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and preparing presentationsCoordinating and tracking sales orders, invoices, and other related documentation to ensure timely and accurate processingAssisting with the preparation of sales reports and data analysis to support strategic decision-makingCollaborating with various departments to ensure seamless communication and the effective delivery of sales-related activitiesProviding excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholdersConducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunitiesSupporting the implementation of sales strategies and initiativesWhat we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in a similar industryStrong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customersProficiency in using sales-related software and tools, such as CRM systems and data analysis toolsA keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindsetA team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and growWhat we offer
