Job Description We are seeking a skilled SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Consultant to join a dynamic consultancy company based in Malaysia.
The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions between various systems using SAP CPI.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP CPI, strong integration skills, and the ability to work with clients to deliver robust and scalable integration solutions across multiple business landscapes.
Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) to connect SAP with other systems and applications.
Analyze business requirements, design integration flows, and deliver end-to-end integration solutions that align with client needs.
Ensure seamless data flow and real-time communication between SAP and non-SAP systems through SAP CPI.
Configure and troubleshoot integration scenarios, including cloud-to-cloud, cloud-to-on-premise, and third-party integrations.
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and implement solutions.
Monitor integration processes to ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and error resolution.
Maintain and enhance existing CPI interfaces, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration-related issues.
Prepare technical documentation, including integration designs, specifications, and test plans.
Conduct testing, go-live, and post-go-live support to ensure successful deployment of integration solutions.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
Strong knowledge of SAP integration tools, including CPI, SAP PI/PO, and other middleware technologies.
Experience with integration protocols such as SOAP, REST, OData, and APIs.
Proven ability to work with both technical teams and business users to deliver integration solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot integration-related issues.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations.
Proficiency in English is required.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration is an advantage.
Previous consultancy experience is preferred.
