Job Description We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant to join a consultancy company, focusing on delivering solutions using the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
This role will be based in Penang, Malaysia, and requires expertise in SAP SD processes, with knowledge of Master Data Governance (MDG) being a strong advantage.
The consultant will work closely with clients to optimize their sales and distribution operations, providing strategic insights and technical expertise.
Implement, configure, and support the SAP SD module, ensuring alignment with client business processes and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of SAP SD projects.
Provide expert guidance on SAP SD processes, including order-to-cash, pricing, billing, and shipping.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the SAP SD module, providing technical support as needed.
Work with Master Data Governance (MDG) tools to ensure data consistency, quality, and compliance in client operations.
Conduct system testing, user training, and post-go-live support to ensure smooth transitions and optimal system performance.
Assist clients in improving their sales and distribution processes through the effective use of SAP SD solutions.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to configuration, processes, and user training.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP SD in a consulting or implementation role.
Strong understanding of SAP SD processes, including order management, pricing, billing, and logistics.
Experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) is preferred.
Proven ability to work closely with clients, understand their business requirements, and translate them into SAP solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues within SAP SD.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Proficiency in English is required.
Experience in the consultancy industry is an advantage.
