Scheduler (Kerteh)

Create and prepare Delivery Order, BTR for drivers;
Forward Daily delivery scheduling to drivers;
Monitor driver's return documents and update into system;
Monitor and manage driver's activities;
Compile driver's claim and allowance;
Ensure documentation accuracy and proper filing;
Preparing weekly and monthly reports;
Responsible to report food safety related problems;
Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance of Food Safety Management System (FSSC);
Ensure all compliance and legal requirements of certified ISO Management System are in place;
To undertake other related job as directed by immediate superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess at least Certificate holders or its equivalent;
Minimum 1 years working experience in similar field;
Ability to work in demanding environment;
Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task;
Well written and communicate in BM and English;
Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills;
