5 years of applicable Scrum Master experience - Project Management experience on plusThorough understanding of Project delivery methodologies - Agile, SDLCStrong organizational, interpersonal and communication (verbally and written) skillsAbility to build strong relationships and communicate with a breadth and variety of internal and external resources.Ability to work with others in a high paced, fluid, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teamWork with vendors and matrix teams to ensure continued product growth in an agile fashionAbility to identify potential roadblocks or risks and manage to resolution without impacting velocity of the team.Technically savvy in backlog management tools, such as Jira/Confluence, to build reporting and dashboards to display KPIs of the team.Promotes innovative thinking and self-development, is willing to try new things in the interests of improvementExperience in project delivery using Agile frameworks (, Scrum)Experience in delivering changes for Statement production in financial services of large corporations (nice to have)Preferred: Exposure to user cantered designExposure to production supportDisplays personal authority, integrity and ethics.Exposure to business architecture principles and methods Experience Required 5 - 10 Years
