We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master to join our team and help us enhance our value discovery and validation processes, ensuring that our frameworks are effectively implemented and continuously improved at both the team and organizational levels.

What does the role involve?
Agile Coaching: Guide and mentor teams in Agile practices, focusing on value discovery and value validation.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance Agile understanding and adoption.
Scrum Master Duties: Ensure the Scrum framework is effectively utilized beyond mere practice adherence.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Use retrospectives as a core mechanism for continuous improvement in ways of working, attitudes, habits, and mindset, making it a core concern rather than a nice-to-have practice when time allows.
Value Discovery and Validation: Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure that the team is focused on delivering high-value features.
Assist teams in refining and validating their product backlog to align with business goals and customer needs.
Leverage value discovery toolkits such as impact mapping to find the shortest path to value for customers and stakeholders.
Guide teams to view all implemented solutions as hypotheses towards ensuring business benefits, which must be validated once they are out in the field.
Team Alignment and Refinement: Facilitate refinement sessions to connect all team members to the big picture of upcoming work.
Ensure that refinements address both business benefits and holistic solutions to achieve those benefits.
Scaled Agile and Portfolio Management: Support the implementation and continuous improvement of scaled Agile and portfolio management frameworks across the organization.
Ensure alignment of team-level activities with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
Promote strong collaboration across Scrum teams to achieve cohesive and integrated solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Promote a mindset of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Identify and address impediments to team progress and performance.
Understanding and communicating the 'Why': Possess a deep understanding of the principles and goals behind Scrum and scaled Agile practices.
Effectively convey the deeper end-goals and 'whys' behind these frameworks to teams, ensuring they understand the purpose and benefits of their work.

What you need is: Proven experience as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with value discovery and validation processes.
Experience with scaled Agile and portfolio management frameworks.
Certification in Scrum (., CSM, PSM) and Agile Coaching (., ICP-ACC) is a plus.
