Job ResponsibilitiesObey all the Safety and Health procedures to ensure compliance with the Company standards.
Patrolling the building perimeter and premises.
Record the entry and exit of employees, ensure no employees leave the factory premises without gate pass.
Record & issue visitor pass to all visitors, vendors, and guests.
Directing visitors to reception and logging their entry to the premises.
Responsible for alarms and calls of security concern.
Keeping daily logs of activities and any security issues addressed.
Answering phones and responding to other inquiries at the security desk.
Ensure smokers register in 'Smoking Registration Logbook' when they go out for smoke apart from their normal rest time.
Alerting authorities if needed for emergencies or security breaches.
Addressing any infractions of building rules and/or forwarding them to the appropriate level of management.
Ensure all goods exiting the gate are permitted & authorized by the personnel prescribed inside the Good Exit Permit Listing.
Undertake any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Job Success RequirementsSecondary school qualifications.
Able to communicate well with all levels of personnel.
Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia / English.
Computer literacy is an added advantage.
