Details of the offer

Essential Responsibilities This is a regional role and may require regular travel within the ASEAN region.

•Be a strategic business partner to the ASEAN Services Commercial team, working collaboratively to develop, communicate and drive sales programs for Point-Of-Sale and/or Install Base marketing/lifecycle solutions
oEstablish credibility as a product champion and "how-to-sell" subject matter expert, bringing in deep market knowledge and competitive dynamics of specific Modality/segment to the Commercial sales team
oFocal point for product/price positioning of assigned service offerings
oOwner for product "health" and portfolio analytics, which includes pricing, cost and profitability, install base headroom analysis etc
oMonitor, measure and report/present sales program outcomes to senior leadership team on a regular basis depending on business needs and requirements
•Work with Services & Equipment commercial teams as well as GLOBAL / AKA Regional Segment teams
oBuild impactful DI MSA service offerings/solutions
oEnsure localized-service delivery, support capability exists or is built in a timely manner
oAlign with Marketing to localise value propositions that resonate across multiple ASEAN countries
•Leverage global/regional best practices, tools and new business models to accelerate sales programs for both direct and indirect channels
•Service product management in DI MSA - cost/price optimisation, drive attachment rate improvement, enable longer contract term sale, lifecycle bundling strategy and renewals/winback strategy

Role Summary/Purpose
The role is responsible for building, championing and sustaining service offerings in ASEAN region. Addition responsibilities includes creating and championing sales programs that drive sales execution and growth in the assigned Services portfolio. He/she shall collaborate with Global/Region/Country Commercial, Product Marketing, Service Delivery and Operations teams, develop and integrate best practices and tools, and to creatively propose/pilot new business models that will accelerate growth.

Qualifications/Requirements
•Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or related field of study with a minimum of 7 years experience in product marketing, product management or operations leadership track record
•Minimum of 5 years track record launching/sustaining channel programs and/or building alliances & partnership is desired for the Channel GTM leadership role
•Strong business acumen and domain expertise of the healthcare business, market dynamics and ASEAN macro environment
•Excellent analytical, interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to communicate with employees and customers at all levels

Desired Characteristics
•MBA, Marketing Management or equivalent management degree
•Experience operating in a matrix environment with regional & with global teams
•Ability to develop and execute priorities aligned with growth strategy
•Experience as a change agent and process oriented individual
•Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or area of expertise
•Influencing skills - ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence
