Senior Assistant (Technology Exploitation Delivery)

Handling invoices, receipts, and petty cash.
Booking arrangement for meetings and events (room, refreshments, etc).
Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for financial reviews.
Strong organizational skills for maintaining records and managing documentation.
Assisting with project expense tracking and budget monitoring.
Ability to monitor and manage project expenditures and ensure compliance with budgets.
Processing and verifying expense claims.
Familiarity with financial management software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
Good skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
REQUIREMENTS:Recognized Diploma with more than 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Proficient in basic Microsoft 365.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
